We sell two categories of products. Different terms apply depending on the category.

2.1 Made-to-Order / Custom Items (Enquiry-Only)

(FULL CUSTOM TERMS APPLY)

Products marked “Made to Order”, “By Enquiry Only”, or similar are produced specifically for you and cannot be purchased through the website checkout.

For these custom orders:

A. Your Custom Order Terms (“Full Terms”) apply in their entirety

This includes all clauses provided in Section 9, covering:

• Payment and deposits

• Production lead times

• Installation, risk and delivery

• Inspection and damage reporting

• Warranty limitations

• Restrictions on cancellation or returns

• Intellectual property

• Force majeure

• Liability limitations

These Full Terms are legally binding for all custom orders and are provided to customers prior to order confirmation.

B. How the contract is formed

A binding contract is created once:

1. The client receives a written quotation or invoice based on their enquiry, and

2. The client confirms the order in writing and/or pays the required deposit.

C. No cancellation or return

Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once confirmed, except where required by mandatory Norwegian law (e.g., genuine manufacturing defects).

Cooling-off rights (Angrerett) do not apply to custom-made items under Norwegian law.

2.2 Standard Webshop Items (Non-Custom, In Stock)

These products can be purchased directly through the website checkout and are not produced specifically for you.

The following terms apply:

A. Order & Payment

A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation.

Payment must be made using the methods provided at checkout.

B. Cooling-Off Rights

For non-custom webshop items, you have a 14-day right to withdraw under the Norwegian Angrerettloven.

If you choose to withdraw:

• The item must be unused and returned in original packaging.

• You are responsible for return shipping.

• You are liable for any value reduction caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the item.

C. Limited Returns Outside Cooling-Off

Outside the legal cooling-off period, standard webshop items cannot be returned.

Prices are in NOK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Natural materials such as wood, stone and hand-applied finishes vary in colour, veining and texture; such variations are normal and not considered defects. Measurements are approximate.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout or specified on your invoice for custom orders. Risk transfers to you when delivery is completed.

You must inspect the goods upon delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours and concealed damage within 72 hours.

Keep all packaging until inspection is complete.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us promptly. We will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

Installation and assembly must be carried out by qualified professionals. Damage caused by improper handling or installation is not covered. Note: for custom orders, a separate agreement is entered into at the point of sale.

All designs, images, text and materials on this website are protected and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, supply-chain disruption, or transport delays.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the Norwegian courts unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
